It's a Touch Thing
It's a Touch Thing is a service offering touch technologies such as NFC/RFID and QR to the creative industries. We are funded by the Technology Strategy Board to develop a hardware and software platform that will allow event and ad creatives as well as theatre and other arts to make powerful and entertaining touch-based experiences. The Oyster card is perhaps the best known touch technology. Our service turns this functionality into an exciting personalised media experience for entertainment or information. A simple touch can both unleash mobile & embedded media and integrate people into online social media.
